Having called Eagle, Idaho home for the past 30 years, Cindy Niccolls is passionate and knowledgeable about the Treasure Valley—and all of Idaho!

From river rafting, hiking, biking, and boating in the nearby mountains to the river greenbelt, restaurants, incredible public parks, museums, concerts and events, there are countless reasons to fall in love with the Boise area.

 

Cindy’s journey into real estate sales and investments began in her early 20s, following her graduation from the University of California at Davis. Recognizing the numerous economic benefits of real estate ownership,  Cindy has been a lifelong advocate for real estate investment and that fits right in with her love for Idaho—and her personal motto “Love Where You Live!”​
