Cindy began investing in real estate in her early 20s, just after graduating from the University of California at Davis with a degree concentrated in economics. Given the myriad of economic favor gained through real estate ownership, including the opportunity to leverage money and gain tax advantages, Cindy is an avid proponent of real estate investment. As such, she has owned and managed multiple rental properties for over 25 years.
